There is NO Badminton area for you at Lafayette Park. YES, normal people are allowed. As far as I know Lafayette Park is a skate park. It caters to young males with skate boards. That kind of thing. Good luck!
No there is not a badminton area although it is played inside the park's gym but it's a league for children only. Everyone is allowed at LaFayette park but most of their services are for families and I think restrictions apply.
