Everyone is right pretty much the southern perimeter is them entrance street and parking street all in one. Is there whole length of the street and far end parking is occupied. There's still an 🏨 Hotel parking right next to the park
Parking at César Chávez is very easy, literally is all over.

There is free roadside parking bordering the park all along Spinnaker Way. Just lock your doors and leave nothing valuable inside and nothing interesting in sight, as per usual. Parking may be limited on special event days, with shuttles from city lots.
There's parking along the street leading up to the park as well as a parking lot on the left just before the road ends
