Was just there. No reservations required. Due to drought, the geyser wasn't active. I'd recommend calling to check before going. Even if it's not active, it's a good place to let the kids run around and pet the animals and play games.

No reservation is required, just walk in to buy entry tickets
Just walk in and pay is all I did
