Easy parking. Tickets are good for up to 2 days per staff member. Waited about an hour for the geyser to build enough pressure. Due to drought conditions, more of a longer wait, so 1hr versus 20min. Plenty of animals to see in the park and games, picnic area, info center to pass the time. Bathrooms could be updated and cleaned more regularly.

Visiting the Old Faithful Geyser site was a great experience. The kids loved feeding the goats on the farm, playing bocce ball, picnicking, and learning about the Old Faithful Geyser. I recommend spending between 2-3 hours here to make sure you get the full geyser experience. There is plenty to keep the whole family busy and entertained.

Super fun. We got to see the geyser go off from their comfortable seating, enjoyed the swings and bocce ball and it was a gloriously warm July day. The staff we friendly, the goats fainted and a good time was had by all.

I honestly enjoyed it. It's a little expensive I think for what's offered. We brought our own food and there aren't really any other attractions besides the geyser itself. I paid almost $50 and I'm not really sure why. I also had to pay to feed the goats, which was the most exciting part. But the whole area is quiet and peaceful and not too big so it felt safe for young kids to play. Unfortunately the geyser did not erupt while we were there but they did give us a free voucher for up to a year so that was cool. I'd love to go back but not at that price. It was a good time out but not worth the money.

Hi Carol, It’s about 1 hour drive.
Was just there. No reservations required. Due to drought, the geyser wasn't active. I'd recommend calling to check before going. Even if it's not active, it's a good place to let the kids run around and pet the animals and play games.
Hello, Yes. OFG of Ca is a pet friendly facility and dogs are always welcome.
it could happen. it is internal friction that heats both lava and water in these examples (geyser and volcano).
