Yes, in fact I did it 3 years ago. I can't remember how many hours you have to work but it is worth it. If you are technically inclined you can work in the back building computers and then get a better computer. I'm a Computer Security Specialist so I got a top of the line pc with 2 terabyte hard drives inside.
Yes. You can sign up to work some number (used to be 40 total, may have changed) to disassemble computers and related devices. The payoff is you learn a out the hardware and you get to put together a computer. You can pretty much set up your own schedule for hours\days to work out for you.
