Terrible service. Dude pretty much just shrugged me off both times I went in. My original appt I went in to get a quote for a crown on a root canal, I had a 30 min appt that I only got about 10 minutes of because they made me fill out paper work while my time was expiring. So he was fair and told me not to worry about the bill, one of his assistants was standing right next to him when he said it. I come back a couple months later for a chipped tooth and they tell me I have an outstanding payment for my last appointment then he proceeds to lie and say he never told me that. I ALWAYS pay my bill mind you. Then he also proceeded to tell me there’s nothing they can do for my tooth that’s obviously chipped he just tells me to get a bite guard for nighttime. Terrible establishment.

I've had multiple cleanings and have always been very satisfied. Today I got in for an emergency appointment and am even happier with the service they provide. They are always friendly, thorough, and helpful!

I love this office and couldn't imagine going anywhere else. Christ Butler has been my dentist now for close to 10 years and could not ask for any better. The staff has always been very friendly and care about your overall comfort during your appointment In addition to providing information to make the right decision to meet your needs. Yes! We set time aside in our schedule every day to make space for emergencies and are typically able to get you in right away. If you are experiencing a dental emergency, call us directly.
We ask that you give us 24-hours notice to cancel an appointment or a late cancellation fee may be applied to your account.
We accept MODA/ Delta Dental PPO and Premier, Pacific Source, Cigna, United Concordia, Regence of OR, Principal, Lincoln Financial, Assurant, and Connection Dental. We do not accept OHP. If you are unsure if your insurance is covered, we would be happy to check for you. Please give us a call.
