Management doesn't care about anything except getting paid. The level of filth is ridiculous, emailed property manager 2 months ago and they used the excuse of not having enough personnel, then hire some? It is very easy for you guys to increase rent for residents yearly but you can't maintain the area or hire more personnel to take care of the place? Stop making excuses and take responsibility. There is no empathy or understanding from the property management. The ONLY person with morals/ethics seems to be Walter who has always been a champion and the front line in resolving my issues. Make him the Property Manager, get people who care about their jobs, who care about their customers and who care about the properties.

Front office staff, specifically Debra, is very very rude and completely lacks empathy and understanding for tenants frustrations. Very very poor experience all around. This business recently charged me for a full months rent after I had moved out- having already paid the prorated rent. Debra let me know I'd be getting a refund, a few days later she EMAILED (did not call) me to let me know they would actually be keeping the close to ONE THOUSAND dollars for "damages". Did not provide any further details without me needing to ask a million times for photos and an invoice. I still have not received the invoice- and the photos she sent me were of the BOTTOM of the carpet they claim is from my pet (which I never allowed to be alone in the carpeted areas and she does not have accidents indoors), and a few MINOR paint issues.

Alan did a super job getting the sticky slider screen door fixed and back on track. And came the day after I put in a mtce request. Appreciate it! The maintenance staff is very responsive.
