The dental hygienist was very nice , but the doctor was nasty he coughed on my face while my mouth was open and he jokes about that was smoking cough

This place was pretty awful. Super unprofessional atmosphere. People were running around in the back wearing jean cutoffs and a T-shirt and using profanity. It took them 3 hours to do 2 fillings. 3 hours with my mouth wide open. They were surprised to hear that I even had insurance. They thanked me like I did them a favor for being there. Basically if you don’t have insurance or you’re poor you get sh!t medical work done. If this doesn’t make you support Medicare for all nothing will. I finally saw a professional dentist today and will have the filling they did a bad job on repaired soon enough.

It’s a no for me. The receptionist was very helpful and the dental hygienist cheerful, but the doctor was disrespectful. He coughed towards me while I was in the chair with my mask off, and when I complained that he was stretching my cheek too far, dismissed me by saying “you’re at the dentist”. I’ve had wonderful dentists before so this is no excuse. The dividers between the rooms are just panes of corrugated plastic that are very easy to see and hear through. I guess HIPPA isn’t a concern here? It’s also such a pain to try and schedule a regular cleaning. I’ve had no experience with the students so far so maybe they’re more attentive. Gonna look elsewhere. Comfortable, safe, respectful care is a right!
