I would also have to agree with the comment left by Judith Garcia but I can tell you that I spent 6yrs feeling horrible due to a long list of Medical conditions. Discoid lupus being just one of them & several pulmonary conditions just to name a few BUT not one of the medications I was given to treat these illnesses over the past 6yrs gave me the results that my very 1st visit to The Salt Sanctuary gave me & continues to give me. It took me 10min to stop crying before I could even leave because I was so overwhelmed with joy and hope so I can not recommend this place enough.

Honestly, this question would be answered by the owner. She's a nice woman with a caring spirit. If anyone would know, she would. She would love to hear from you.

There many aspects of benefits with this treatment. You are basically laying back in a recliner chair taking deep breathes and Listening to relaxing music for an appointed time. It is a Wonderful Experience.

If you have a specific medical condition, I would call them and ask specifically. However, when you go, they'll have you sit in a room where there is salt on the walls, ceiling, and floor, and the air is infused with salt as well. You lay back in a reclining chair for 45 minutes and listen to alpha waves to help you relax, they also provide blankets because as you relax your body temp lowers, like when you sleep. It clears sinuses and helps gently detox the body.
