Stacey I only see 3 people ever working Jori Zan herself and most of the time she's with a client. The other 2 working the counter with other customers. It's best that you show up or just keep calling.
The only thing I can think of is Jori and Troy are the only 2 people who run the business. If Troy is not available that leaves Jori to run their business and she is often with a client so therefore not able to answer the phone. I've always been there at noon or a few minutes before and she is the only one there to greet her clients at that time. That's been my experience.
