I would ignore any review regarding these people that is less than a 4. The number of technical variables are staggering. They took an extremely difficult situation "a technical box" that I was in and restored me to much better than I was in the beginning. I have worked with these people for several years and being a technical person myself I admire what they go through to give people a connection to the Internet. The people I worked with took the time to make things right. If you have any problems with any Internet service, switch to these people. They have years of experience in extremely difficult situations. Have them help you.

I just wanted to let everyone know how super it was to work with this company! Mike and Tim came out to my brothers house and did a wonderful job setting up his antenna. My brother is disabled and they were very patient with him. They took great care to make sure that he was satisfied with his reception and channel selections. They both took the time to explain to him how to work his selector and how to get the best picture from his television. These guys are awesome and we would reccommend this company to anyone who is having issues with their television antenna, convertor box or cable. You two rock!
