I had my wedding ring and mothers ring resized years ago here. Shortly after that the mothers ring cracked at the bottom. When I took it in for repair (somewhere else) I found out my wedding ring was also cracking at the bottom! I also found out that the bands were too thin at the bottom, the gold was not the minimum thickness required, and the setting in my diamond was breaking too (they had replaced that). They did HORRIBLE work and I had to just spend over $600 to get both rings fixed. Stay away from this jewelers!!!! They do not know how to do repairs correctly!!!! I'm so upset!!!

They don’t even ask or challenge you if you have a return—they aren’t out to take your money. An exchange went seamless when I bought my wife a gift she wasn’t too thrilled on. To be fair I bought a fancy pen for $500 and took a risk. Jackson Jewelers is my go to, even though I live in Portland. Their prices are slightly steep but I think it’s because the quality is higher.

Had a great experience working with Brett Jackson to redesign my wife's wedding ring. He is very experienced, knowledgeable, and skilled at his craft, and very personable and easy to talk with. He patiently helped us think through all our questions and concerns. We never felt any pressure from him at all and he encouraged us to take our time to make sure we would be happy with the outcome. And we are indeed very happy with the new ring, it is absolutely beautiful and fits my wife's tiny finger perfectly!
