No you cannot bring your own jewelry due to quality and sanitary requirements. I paid $48 for both lobes and hoop earrings were included. My hoops are highest quality surgical steel with a pearl.
I believe when I got my second lobes it was around $48? Maybe a bit less? I'm not sure if you can bring your own but I know you do have to pay for the new jewlery and rings are the cheaper option
