You did not receive a receipt
You need to call and let them know. They should be able to track it down and find out what happened.
Check the tracking number that was provided with purchase . I've always had to contact my post office and ask them where it is ,if the tracking number says delivered! Walmart has always told me the same thing everytime ,contact the post office ! It's a huge hassle everytime ,and they do not help ever . I've had to do all the leg work !
You need to call them. If you are picking up at the store ,you can always cancel. I find Wal Mart will try to satisfy you.
