I'm tired of finding your carts in my yard . I would like to know why your people don't watch all your exits from your store, is this not stealing. We are going to start cutting them up. IT'S LITTERING.

We are getting tired of poeple leaving shopping carts on are street to. It is stealing.. Dont cut them up sale them back to walmart or get money out of them..
