I've had that before. It is busy there. Don't give up.
They don't have a land line. They will never answer for that reason.... I was told that directly from a worker in site. To talk to a person who is at a physical store will require u to go to the location.
As Jason has said, they only have 2 guys setting up phones and handling sales, so they get pretty busy sometimes, but if you use your Cricket app on your phone, you'll get quicker service that way most of the time, try it next time.. 😎
This one of the busiest Cricket Store around as I use to go there all the time. But since I could not drive I went to one closer to me.
