Definitely call them. If they don't have anything available there's definitely another function room on the King's road Park. My friend had her son's birthday party there. It was a lot of fun.
No. There is no facility available for parties. You could try calling to see if they might rent the gymnasium to you for a number of hours?
I do not know about the party but there are plenty of rooms.
