Best buy seems like the only one left and they must own their stores and employ a genius who thought to rent out some of their store space because this Best buys has in it like Pacific sales and plenty of stuff that makes it kind of really very nouveau and cool.however -and this is a big however - I needed a computer and wanted to talk to someone about my choice BUT there was a disorganized line of people and what looked like one clerk who wouldn't pay attention to anyone to say I'll be with you in a minute or anything like that like you had no idea what she was going to do and you definitely had the impression that if you tried to ask or something they would call you a Karen. So I walked out and went somewhere else. score on the innovation of the new physical layout but you lost your core business. There was no semblance of customer service for electronics at all. It was a bunch of slow kids with bad attitudes. SKIP IT.

Always have liked Best Buy since moving the US in 95. Seeing, touching and trying the latest gadgets rather than through screen is a totally different experience. This time I have tried the latest Surface Studio Laptop, Sony XM5 and Bose 700 earphones. All of them are good and are my next purchase target. I also checked the phone cards for friends returning to the US there as well. Thanks to Best Buy, always been helpful and courteous. It is my favorite candy store for sure.

Staff Hunter attentively listened to the customer’s needs, found all the items I needed, and explained the ins and outs of each item. Though his shift was over, he stayed to help me finish purchasing. What an excellent service! Some staff members were at the store entrance, patiently waiting till I exited. Thank you, Bestbuy La Brea! I had a great experience!

We purchased a Insignia beverage refrigerator about 1 year and 5 months ago and it started beeping with an error code, we call the Insignia phone number which is a Best Buy Brand and they looked up the purchase. After looking up the purchase they informed us to take the refrigerator into the local Best Buy store which is our West Hollywood, CA store and even made us an appointment for the following day. After driving over there and loading and unloading the refrigerator and taking it into the store we were informed that they could do nothing about it and the Manger of the store acted like he could care less and told us that this is what happens if you don’t buy the service warranty that they sell, and why would they do anything about it then there would be not reason for them to sell the warranties. I have had my Best Buy Credit card between 15-20 year and have always been a dedicated customer of the store. This will no long be the case, as soon as the credit card is paid off it will be closed and I will never buy anything else with the company again. We didn’t even want them to replace it we just asked them to repair it and we were told they were doing nothing and he had told us this about 5 time. This is probably one of the worst experiences I have had in a store. GOOD BYE BEST BUY !!!!

Yes, from 150 to 200 usd at the store
That is dependent upon several factors that will determine the answer to your question. Do you have the receipt, what is said item you want to return? Do you have any parts which might have been included. Original packaging etc etc.
