How much is lot rent?? I see in the reviews that it keeps raising, by how much and is that a yearly expectancy?

Just went up $40 a month. Total rip off.

I would call them and ask..rent always goes up.

Rent goes up yearly by 50 dollars, most people pay Over 750mo,While other parks that are not owned by Bayshore charge between 420-500 a month, Every year they steal another $50

it’s 1,300 space rent out here in Cali. 500 space rent is nothing. Especially in Fort Collins which is a very nice area.

It varies. They charge a location fee based on the size and location of the lot. Base lot rent is around 700. It has gone up an average of 30 dollars every year.
