Very friendly and fair management. It seems that if people want to upgrade their home, they want to continue staying in the park. Many people have been living there a long time. Mature trees, good location. The rent is a good deal considering it is just north of and close to downtown Fort Collins!

Horrible place to live. Rent has been raised over 3 time's for security patrol and none exists. Pit bulls running loose, same cars speeding up and down streets. Drug dealing beyond obvious. I have seen guns pulled out several times. Thanks for the strict background check, lol. If you care about your family and belongings do not move here.

I can say I lived there in 1984 and it was no problems. Now you are sure to have the law on your tail going in and out of the place. I got pulled over for being near the place at 11 p.m.

I have lived in this park for more than 10 years. In the last three or so it seems they are trying to make me move. I feel I have been a good tenant here. Not sure why all of a sudden they send me several notice for uncommon things. Other people seem to get away with the things they tag me for. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND MOVING HERE.
