Coersian to post good reviews and false reviews are illegal. Might want to remove your review if this is the case. Is it worth what they promised you or gave you. It is call deceptive practices and RHP Properties is no stranger to being referred to as a predator. Feel free to google that.

It's decent. Driving through this trailer park, it seems rather clean and upkept. There are signs throughout this place that say "No parking on street" but apparently it does not matter. This is rather confusing, as I am a non-resident, and waiting for the person I was visiting to get home, I felt nervous and worried that I was in any violation. This is really all I can speak to, since I don't live here and rarely visit.

I would keep calling and leave message that you will report them in so many days if they don't respond. That doesn't sound right maybe they never got it? Check with your bank. Hope it works out.
This park does not allow rental and does not rent, must buy or contract to buy with seller.

Just went up $40 a month. Total rip off.
Its high I asked Jimmy Johns and they said they thought it was over $3500/m but depends on the size of the space.
DON'T rent a lot here. Mgmnt is nice till you sign the lease then they only care about RAISING the rent every single year on you and making it harder and harder for you till they can kick you out and steal your home. My opinion.
