I went over the weekend after 7pm and the lights were all off and it was pitch black. Is there someone who can address this?

Hi Kathleen.... I'm an afternoon/evening regular.... Both sides of the park were well lit until last summer (summer of '18).... Some criminals came in the night and stole all of the wire they could from all of the light poles, ruining the evening use of the entire park for everyone.... Cities and their Park Districts typically have really small budgets for maintenance only....add to that, a year of no real electric bill..... It will be tough to get any of it back.... Hats off to the cate

I always go earlier in the day so I wasn't aware of this issue.
