Worst customer service I’ve ever received. The girl with glasses who was working tonight at 7pm has a huge attitude problem. She acts like she doesn’t wanna be there so she should probably go home. I will look for another location that has employees who care.

Very friendly and helpful staff. I had a fax that needed to send asap so it could arrive before the deadline. The document paper I brought in kept sticking to one another, resulting in my fax missing a few page. The staff was very understanding of the stress I was going through and offered to make a copy of my document with no charge so when the papers go through the fax machine, they will not stick to each other. 5 stars service. Would definitely return.

Don't want things disappearing from my house while I'm at work so I have it shipped here. Employees are friendly and I've had no problems there. Getting in and out is kind of difficult as it's a one way street due to the center divider but there are places to do a u-turn not far.

I needed 14, 11"x17" posters printed on card stock, off of my memory stick, and then laminated. I shopped around and came back to this location because i believed it offered the best value based on my requirements. From the start, Latasha was very professional, patient and helpful. She helped me work through a problem I had with one of the files being printed out properly. And when I started to laminate the 14 posters after they were printed out, she even came over (after finishing with another customer) and helped me position the posters in the laminate covers before running them through the laminating machine. The completed posters were perfect. Good price and great service. If you are working with Latasha...she is awesome. This is my first time to this location and I will be back.
