I read some of the reviews about this store: positive and negative are all true. So, depends on who you encounter with, you experience differently! The younger employees are very nice and helpful. I dropped off a package for husband. However, I left the envelope home. She found me a package. She saved me a trip and time. Thank you!

I use this store for every item I have returned to Amazon accept twice so far , great store . Nice friendly people, and easy to find . A down fall to this store is, Amazon uses a UPS drop off locator. The locator isn't accurate. It says the store is open 9am to 10pm Monday - Sunday . Its actually closed all day sundays . So dont fall for it like I did lol. But it's still a great store. This one and the one on Arlington next to the Chevron gas station behind the 7 Eleven that's across the street from Casa Mota . My absolute favorite place to eat Mexican food .

I've been coming to this location for the past year usually to do Amazon returns, but I've done other mailing options as well. Normally when I go in, if I have any mail (with postage already on it) for USPS they happily take it for me to add to their mail pickup. Well apparently it's a burden for them to add mail to their regular FREE USPS pickup. The store associate told me rudely it's a $1.00. They now want you to pay them $1.00 for each item you would like to add to their outgoing mail FREE pickup. So regardless if postage is already on your letter (I'm talking about a small letter size item, not a box) you have to pay them for the pivot they take to drop your letter in their FREE USPS pickup box located two steps behind them. There is almost always a line and wait at this location, but I've never minded before. Now with this new charge on a service they receive for FREE, guess I'll be going elsewhere for my shipping needs and dropping my letters off in the USPS FREE drop box, across the street. Avoid this place they are looking to nickel and dime their customers. *Side note... Go to the UPS store on McKinley instead. They not only take your prepaid USPS outgoing mail for FREE but they also have a nice drop box near the front door! Great staff at this location and great service!
