Are all the standard hotel rooms together in one section & then all the condo rooms together in another or are the rooms types mixed throughout the whole place? If i book a condo & a hotel room would they be next to eachother? Or a distance away..

Condos are separate and some are privately owned. If you rented a condo and a hotel room they most likely would not be next to each other but the distance would not be that far.

I think the condos are ocean front, and the hotel are the sides. I would definitely ask the front desk to be sure

I was in a condo on 4th floor 1 king bed, mini kitchen and a mini living room...with particular view to ocean...

I believe they would be separate. Condo are 6th floor and up.

Ashely, Our 2-3 bedroom oceanfront suites are located on floors 6-10. We have two towers (odd and even) one on the 92nd street side and the other on the 91st street side. You will take a separate elevators to get to those rooms. Our one bedroom suites are located on floors 1-5. They are not in the same towers so you will not be next to each other, however you can request to be on the same side of the building.
