Princess Royale Oceanfront Resort has so much to offer, especially if you have little kids. The indoor pool, private beach access, and large atrium for them to run around was perfect for my 18 month and five year old! Parking is very convenient with their own garage. We stayed in a poolside suite that had 2 beds in a separate room, and a living room with a pull out couch and full kitchen. Plenty of room for my daughters pack n play and us all to be comfortable! We will definitely stay here again, everything was so clean and there was always something to keep my kids busy!

This is a good resort. It’s definitely not great, but good. Is it worth the price they charge? My personal opinion, no. Half of the electrical outlets didn’t work, the staff was somewhat helpful. Bellhops, A+. There isn’t even a brochure to tell you about the hotel in your room. If you are someone that wants a bible in your drawer, you’ll be disappointed because there isn’t one. Parking, you must do yourself. No valet. With the price point, you would expect valet. The garage is 5 floors, and not enough to cover the amount of rooms. The hot tub smells like rotten eggs. Only one of the sauna was working and it was about 90 degrees. If you are adverse to marijuana, don’t come here. It was prevalent through the hotel even though there were no smoking signs through the hotel. Look, when everything works right, this place is great, worthy of a 5 star review. But in my 3 day stay and hearing so many complaints about how things were so much better 5 years ago, I can only give 4. Breakfast is not included if you stay 2 days. The breakfast left a lot to be desired after paying almost $20 for 1 person. Would I come here again? If there were no other options, yes. The beach is phenomenal. The pool is good, going to 5 feel at its deepest. This island is great, lots to do, fun and relaxing depending on what your desires are. Bottom line, expect a 3 star hotel/resort and you won’t be disappointed.

I only give a 4 because there’s always room for improvement, but I love this place. I’ve stayed here twice a year for close to 10 years and will continue to do so. Everyone is always nice, friendly, and accommodating. They have been updating a lot of things in the hotel, including furniture, the atrium area, and the coffee shop, which I was super excited about. I booked with Charlotte I think was her name today and she was probably the friendliest person I’ve ever booked with. She is most definitely an asset to the company, and I really hope I get her next time! Overall, the Princess is great, clean, and a nice getaway for a little while.

Last year my husband and I took our 6yr old to stay here, as her birthday is Dec 22nd, and we ended up staying until Christmas day and we had a lovely experience. The bed was amazing, the room was clean, and they even left a nice present for our daughter. This year we decided to go back to make it a tradition and had a terrible experience. The first night our shower was messed up, it went from scalding hot to ice cold with no In between and just kept fluctuating the whole time between those. We informed the front desk and they kindly let us move but the new room did the same thing just not as extreme as the other, so we wanted to inform them again just so they were aware and could try to fix it eventually. The desk clerk offered us 25% off for each night which was super kind but we thankfully declined and asked for a later check out instead, and she said that was okay and she would make a note but come check out day, we had housekeepers banging on our door and a very rude man calling us, saying we needed to leave immediately or be charged another night and we tried to explain what had happened and why, but he totally disregarded that and acted like we were lying. It was a big deal for us and we just felt completely disregarded and disrespected. For 3 days we were kind about getting burned by the showers and only asked for a late checkout time as it took longer to wash our kid and ourselves. The hotel also got very full Christmas eve and there were kids running around up and down the hallways stomping on the floors, tracking water everywhere from the pool. Other guests playing music too loud in the atrium. All around we were completely disappointed from our previous stay here, and unfortunately we will need to find another place to stay next Christmas. We paid good money to stay here for 4 days and it's unfortunate that people changed this hotel to what it is now. They need better staff, more compassionate and caring.

Dear Henry, thank you for reaching out to us with your question. Only vested service animals are allowed in the resort. We look forward to welcoming you soon!
Yes, we do have a gym with cardio equipment and weight machines.
The linens were supplied. We got an upgrade to a condo. There was daily cleaning too.
Condos are separate and some are privately owned. If you rented a condo and a hotel room they most likely would not be next to each other but the distance would not be that far.
Yes, they have a pool to swim in, and tables to eat at. What is this, though? Looks like a pool table. https://www.oyster.com/ocean-city/hotels/princess-royale-resort/photos/game-room--v2653246/
Sorry can't help on this one. But the place was clean and nice.
Unfortunately we are not going to have a New Years Party this year, but our Restaurant will be open for dinner until 10:00pm.
I have not seen ice machines there. I do know the rooms with kitchenettes have freezers and they provide an ice cube tray in the cabinets
No but u can walk right outside to the beach or ask them where u can smoke
I believe there is only a restaurant for breakfast not a continental or walk up.
Yes Proncess Royale has condos.
