Hello, We are still open. I've been out of the office for the last month doing a lot of surveillance jobs all over Oregon and have quite a few more jobs on my schedule. We are open by appointment only and the best way to get on our schedule is to call Monday through Friday and schedule an appointment. I know our voicemail fills up fast and I'm sorry for that inconvenience. We do check it daily and if we haven't called you back its because the voicemail we received wasn't clear or had too much static to hear the call back number.
When I tried calling yesterday, I ran into the same issue you did, and when I went to the store it was closed, but when I called today they picked the phone right up and I was able to make an appointment. Who knows, maybe something came up?
