Hi Mariah! Im sorry to hear you might of had a bad experience. I did try and look you up to see which tablet you might have left with us but its either been over 5 years ago, or maybe it wasn't us, as you aren't in our system. Either way, I’ll be in the shop on Monday at 10 if you'd like to stop by or call in to figure this out. We have had a few items left behind because we couldn’t get ahold of the owners and they never returned to pick them up. Even though after 6 months, legally the devices are ours to part out or sell, we don’t. Its not our property so we just hold onto it hoping the owners come back to get it. So, if it was left here, it'll still be here. The only time we actually keep or part out something is if we get confirmation from the customer that they don't want the item back. Either its not feasible to repair, or its unrepairable. Hope to hear from you on monday.
Hi Xbox dude. Yes, we can replace the top screen. Unfortunately it’s more feasible to replace the unit than it is to repair it. The total repair would be $95. $20 for the part and an hour labor at $75. (Job typically takes 2-3 hours but we’d only bill one hour). If you still would like to repair it anyway, let us know. Hello, we could repair it for you but I’m afraid it wouldn’t be feasible to repair. Our minimum for repairs is an hour labor and our hourly rate for in shop repairs is $75.00. I found this model on eBay for around $30-50 dollars. Thanks for checking with us though. Take care.

Hello, We are still open. I've been out of the office for the last month doing a lot of surveillance jobs all over Oregon and have quite a few more jobs on my schedule. We are open by appointment only and the best way to get on our schedule is to call Monday through Friday and schedule an appointment. I know our voicemail fills up fast and I'm sorry for that inconvenience. We do check it daily and if we haven't called you back its because the voicemail we received wasn't clear or had too much static to hear the call back number.

Hi Damian, yes we can in most cases. All JBL headphones have proprietary batteries and some just aren’t available. We don’t use 3rd party parts in our repairs so it’s really a matter of availability. Let me know the model and I can see if your battery is available. Take care!
