Highly recommend!! Erica is an amazing acupuncturist with years of experience. I'm very sensitive to needles but she made it totally comfortable for me; it doesn't hurt! She helped me so much with stress and migraine. The clinic is relaxing and comfortable. This style of acupuncture is simple and gentle but highly effective. She has excellent covid safety measures in place. Anyone who needs help with stress, sleep, pain (who doesn't??) should definitely give this a try!

I've always been afraid of needles so it was a struggle the first time I went in. I couldn't even watch the needles going in, now I'm an old pro. Erica is a wonderful practitioner, she sets you at ease and the acupuncture is good for so many things. I started treatment for menopausal symptoms easing both the hormonal problems and the physical symptoms. I've also been treated for pain due to an ovarian tumor and as simple as a headache. Acupuncture is just a wonderful thing. I am so glad I was urged to go in, it has certainly been a life changer for me. If you are ever in Newport this is the place for acupuncture.
