Has the shop changed the source It gets its puppies from in order to follow the new law stating that "all shops in California that sell cats and dogs can only get their animals from shelters and rescues and not from breeders"?

Yes, however, they didnt change their source, they are the source. They are now a shelter/rescue, so buying a dog or cat becomes an adoption. They continue to receive "surrendered pets" as well as from other shelters/rescues.

Why is that a law. She should be able to sell whatever damn animal she wants to sell as long as it's healthy. Honestly it just doesn't sound right if she sells a rescue anyways. If I'm paying that kind of money I want them to know where she came from and if they are from a nice clean home/breeder. Most people just want to say they "rescued" a dog because it sounds cooler.

I got my dog there, great customer service. Mine was a rescue, I’m very happy with my dog 💜. She’s been living in “Rancho Cucamonga” for a long time, when it was called just, “Cucamonga”. I don’t know how many years the store been in business. I do believe it was open when the City was “Cucamonga” I support her and shop. The day, I was picking up my dog, someone had dropped off a medium-small size dog in a box with holes, at the back door. She put the dog in canel, (camels are not a negative thing I use one), away from the other pets just in case the dog is sick. If any dogs are sick she has area to put them, and uses the veterinary that she’s been using long time. My dog did had an ear infection, that’s to be expected when you rescuing. Calm down lol, ‘Ear infection’ is not contagious. Note; I hope all of you are trying to cause chaos, with all these Laws or whatever. Let’s pretend she’s not, it’s none of our business. All of never follow any laws, like driving.
