This is by far one of the worst experience I’ve had with Kay. My husband got me my wedding ring from here and it was everything I wanted. I fell in love with it. I only wore the ring for less than 2 weeks before the diamond fell off at work. Mind you I work in sales so I’m never picking up anything heavy or doing anything that can hurt my ring. We bring it in to Kay’s since it was still under return period and it’s just been the worst time. We ended upgrading the ring and we needed to wait. my husband made sure to tell the let the associate that it needs to be a size 8. When we got back, it was a standard size 7. We went back to the store and have the send it in AGAIN to get it resized when it should’ve been done the first time. A week later, we pick it up and It looks to be fine. I haven’t worn it till 3 days ago and it still doesn’t fit. 3 visits and I’m very annoyed that we can’t have anything solved. I take a look at my engagement ring which is a true size 8 ring and you can definitely tell the size difference. I will be going somewhere else to get my ring resized.

I have had a ring go in for sizing that I have bought there. It has been several weeks and I still do not have the ring back. I been called in to pick it up and it was not there. The Store that was located on 4th st was great. This one has a long way to go.
