Purchased a new mountain bike and a kayak recently so I've had to come here a few times already for parts/accessories and such. They have a great selection of outdoor gear and cover all the outdoor activities throughout the store very well. I particularly like the bike section because they carry the most popular MTB items that riders are most interested anyway. Imo it seems they try not to source products that are produced so cheap. Quality seems to outweigh price here and thats ok with me bcuz id rather spend more for something that will last me a long time. REI does their in house clothing line very well to keep up with the seasons and current styles, clean cut looking style throughout their line. REI brand always pleasantly suprises me. You always expect store brands to be terrible but not theirs, at least not yet for me. Oh and the CO-OP Membership is definitely worth buying (lifetime $30) with all the savings and access to benefits its totally worth it for my situation! Thanks REI

My friend brought me an REI for the first time 😃 Got some ideas for my next upgrades gear for hiking 🥾 packs But I wanted to make a great comment to the young lady in shoes named Emily. Her customer service was top notch. She kept on really ask my friend on size and style and fit. She made suggestions for another brand of hiking boots. Brought out over 5 pairs of shoes. Absolutely outstanding young lady.

Always great selection, cool stuff. The young lass that helped me in the shoe dept was very knowledgeable, friendly and informative. Great service. A+

Within a year you can exchange boots as long as you have the receipt number that they can look up in the system.
Currently limiting the number of people that can go inside. The line gets pretty long outside. Hand sanitizer offered at entrance and registers along with masks at the entrance. The cashier's clean their area after each guest pays. Masks are required.
Not sure, I know they have classes for camping and hiking
Yes they have coats for just about every type of weather conditions
