First off, Jessica at the front is awesome! Towards the end of last year, my cousin ended up having some legal matters with which he needed advice/help. I always pass by this office on my way to work so this time I stopped by, only to inquire on his behalf, and Jessica just immediately made me feel welcome. 😊 Other places I've been to try to shoo you away unless they're getting money off you and Jessica made me feel like I was a close friend, helping me get all the info I needed! She is so warm and bubbly, super professional and very caring: she really listened to me and went to lunch late just to make sure I was well informed. Justin King and his entire staff were very professional and exhibited excellent service. Oliver King initially started working my case. Oliver was relatable and very much open to listen to whatever concerns I had. Eventually Justin King would finalize and secure the settlement for my case and I was more than satisfied. Throughout the entire duration of my case, I often spoke with Jessica, she’s one of the Front Desk Clerks. Jessica was always so kind and had a smile on her face, a smile I could even hear when we were on the phone.
