There's no bike trails, but if you don't mind using the road pavement the cars use because the entrance starts at the top of the hill and semi-spirals down to the lower end of the park. The best way to view it will be to googlemap streetview. Hope this helps!

Not really, you have to ride on the concrete trail. It's more pedestrian friendly than bike.
