Everytime I go there I have to double check the coffee because for some reason they love adding milk to my coffee....
Not a great question, but maybe they had to pick the beans from the finest Columbian coffee plants, bring them back to the states, clean them, cook them, grind them and then percolate. #TrueStory Next time order a small and they'll probably use the Kopai Luwak laying in the back.
