Hii! I am having my 15/ quincenera and I was hoping I can take pictures there? It's on July 29, I just need 1 hour and there's going to be around 15/20 people max and the photographers. Do we need to pay?

No. There isn't anything to reserve so there isn't anything to pay for. Be mindful that parking is very limited. A small dirt ad hoc parking lot at one end; and off pavement parking at the other.
