We have been with Pointe Pest Control since 2015 and they are excellent. We are on a quarterly contract, extra service is free as needed. Wasps this summer were awful and they came out and sprayed 2 extra times and within a day of calling. In a word...they are excellent!
They are reliable however I will never to service with an exterminator that has me sign a contract.

Yes they are reliable and professional, they are great at answering your questions. I had a severe case of bed bugs and in three treatments they were gone...I had never had bed bugs before. I am very pleased with the work they've done for me!!
