I was driving a 5 hour trip, half way through my trip. My fuel filter cracked down the side spraying fuel all over. Luckily I made it to the O'Reilly auto parts parking lot. They didn't have my filter in stock, but sent someone to pick one up while I waited in their parking lot to repair my truck. Had the part within 20 minutes. Saved my day for sure. Felt like they went above and beyond to help me out, and get me back on the road. Much appreciated!

Opens at 0730. I really happy to find that out. Clerk behind the counter greated me asked if I needed help locating anything. I told him I knew where the oil was. A good experience. I'll go back.

Drove all the way across town because another store told me the computer systems said this store at 5th and Lincoln had an item in stock only to find out that all the staff knew the computer inventory was wrong and they haven't fixed it. No apologies or anything either.
