Eric was treating my neighbor and I asked the neighbors how they liked the service. They had nothing but good things to say and sent Eric over to answer questions after he was done there. The pricing and what they offered was so good that I went ahead and said put me on the books. Turns out he had time right then and got my house done! Really great timing. Eric was very knowledgeable about the common pests, the products and treatments they used, other services, and pretty much any question I had. I highly recommend them!

First time customer and I cannot comment on the quality yet but so far I am glad I chose Pointe Pest Control because the two men that came to my house were very informative, friendly & professional. Robert went over paperwork with me very thoroughly & answered all my questions & explained everything in detail. My service was scheduled between 4:00 - 5:00 & they showed up right at 4:00 to my house. So far, I am a satisfied customer!

Eric is our regular technician. He is WONDERFUL! He does a thorough job of inspecting the premises and explains all of the work and products that he uses. He has answered all of our questions each and every time he has come by. He is very professional and great to work with! I am very pleased with Pointe Pest Control and their service.

Day 1- I was recommended by 3 acquaintances to use Pointe Pest Control. Day 2- Pointe Pest Control came out and serviced my entire house and yards. That was it. No gimmicks. Good pricing. They even let me push back my appointment same day an hour before it started due to a crazy morning that happened at work. Alex was on time, respectful, not afraid of my German Shepherd, sweet to my inquisitive daughter. I even left while he was finishing and felt very safe in knowing that he would do his utmost to finish the job without me watching. 10/10 recommend.
