Why doesn't your customer service desk ever answer the phone?? Worst customer service EVER. How do you stay in business? finally reached someone and she said she was too busy to help me..

Management does not enforce upon them to answer the phone. I live very far from mine and have spent literally 45 minutes with the garden section just trying to find out if they have petunias. Hung up on twice. I’m heading to Home Depot, they’re far from perfect but at least they answered the phone and verified my question .

Better to go in not staffed very well
