Reduce her activities... It's a delicate surgery .. Don't let her jump around from high places. And yes call Dr Sig asap.
Just keep a good eye on it, and call Sig in the AM. DO NOT let her lick it.
It could just be swollen tissue from the surgery to if there's nothing coming out and it's not warm to the touch and she's acting normal I would just give him a call and ask
call Dr Sigs office! They are great
Call Dr. Sig. He's very responsive even on a Sunday.
Eating and drinking and playful are good signs. I would not suspect infection unless the surgery sight is warm to the touch or has a foul smell coming from the insicion. It is possible that there may be a slight hernia or more likely it is simply swollen. It is a very invasive surgery for the females. A warm wash cloth soaked in Epsom salts and applied to the site will help take the swelling down and alleviate any minor discomfort she may feel. Monitor her, if you see sudden changes or a discolored, foul smelling ooze of course take her in. But I do not think there is a reason to panic. Call your vet on Tues.
Sounds like it needs to looked at
Definitely sounds like a infection
