It's a very nice park with a lot of parking space but you might get lost trying to find it. However it's the perfect location for a huge family get together.

Nice park! great place to bring the kids and family.

Nice small neighborhood park. It has some picnic table's with shade cover. Small playground for kids. If walking in the grass keep an eye out for dog poop. Seems like not many people pick up after their dog. Park is near Starbucks so you can seat and enjoy the view of the San Bernardino mountains while drinking starbucks👍. Street parking only.

Yes dogs are allowed. There is an abundance of grass and a nice trail to walk/run.
I've never had to reserve parking. Not sure about the Permit. I don't think so
