I purchased a non digital dryer was given a good price and was given a warranty that they supposedly backed. In less than 90 days the dryer makes a horrible noise. I called they offered to come out and fix we would just pay the parts and no labor , we agreed no big deal. The thing is they have never showed up nor the next appointment and now they don’t answer. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else. These people are flakes!

Two stores ran by crooks. Do not buy from them. Major problems with the fridge the day they delivered it .Three- month warranty means nothing. They do not honor it . They keep giving you the run around until you get tired and stop calling them. Don't waste your money.

We bought a refrigerator from them and when they arrived with it a part was broken and they promised that they come by our town very often and would come back and replace the part that's broke. Every message they would either ignore or lie and say they would get back to me with a day they could finally fix this fridge and then over a month of begging these people to fix it they schedule a date with me that happend to be my anniversary but I stayed home anyways being so desperate to have them fix this fridge AND THEY FLAKED ON ME AND IGNORED ME AGAIN!! Im so upset and disgusted I trusted these people and apparently the warranty means nothing!

I'm really disappointed in this place. I waited for almost 5 months to write this review to see if they would get it together but didn't! My husband and I bought a refrigerator and stove at this place at a decent price in July. The owner sold it to us and guaranteed it for 3 months. When we set it up the oven in the stove didn't work, so we called and asked them to come look at it. They came the next day and told us the problem and what it would cost to fix it. We were confused because the owner guaranteed it. We explained it to the tech and gave him the receipt, he looked confused because when we called he said My husband didn't tell him it was a purchase we made there. He just said hey our oven isn't working, can you come check it out. So the guy said oh ok well we need to order a part and when we get it we'll let you know. Fast forward 2 months and we had not heard anything back. Well now it was the refrigerator that wasn't getting cold, and we called again. We called so many times and kept getting the run around and twice they scheduled to actually come out andnever showed up or even called to cancel. My husband also went in twice and again made a promise to come in and didn't. I was so done with them so this time got pissed and started going off on them over the phone. After almost 3 months the guy finally came and looked at the refrigerator. When he was here I asked him about the stove, and he said they were waiting for a part and would get back to me. Well it's been a month since then and they are no longer answering my calls. And to top it off the refrigerator stopped working again. I do realize they we were used and if I wanted a good one I should've bought it new. But when they sold it to us they made a commitment and should've kept it. Safe to say I wouldn't recommend you buy anything here or get anything fixed by these people.
