Depends on what is wrong with the animal. They charge at the end of the visit, and the total price often includes medication/treatment and if there are x-rays done. The "office call" itself is about $40 (at least for a cat), but you may have to let the staff know that you want to know how much it will cost, before they administer treatment. They're not ridiculously expensive, in my experience, unless there is surgery or emergency treatment involved.
$39 for a basic exam. Anything else will cost extra, but in my experience this vet is way cheaper than any other place I've been.
