Yes, I have worked most of the grounds with little issues.

I live in Victorville. When I attend concerts there, like Ozzfest, everyone has all the service they need. I could take photos and text. Too loud for phone calls!

I knwo from my experience that At&t and T-Mobile works.

Provided you have a good cell phone there is service there people always on their phone so and there's plenty of cell towers or mean we're not too far outside of the city so yes they're cell service
