They are nice very clean rest areas there. You can stay 4 hours at the longest but no camping. There are lots of trails in Morehead and maybe camping at Cave Run Lake.
You are able to spend the night or down time during anytime of the day you are traveling. This is a REST area. This is not an official picnic/camping area . Again, This is a rest area. Please be aware of others parked near to you. Especially the trucker's. If you are in your motorhome don't run your generator. There are security persons on the job . Use your best common sense. Stay alert and drive safely.
