They have limited staff and limited products. Mostly appliances some TV's and speakers. So if that's what you're looking for otherwise you should call to see if they even have what you're looking for. If they do have it you can have them hold it with your name on it.
Umm not exactly sure, but not only Monday. They are closed Monday- Thursday. They are only open on the weekends Friday- Sunday my guess is bcuz they are an outlet store with lil staff.

The Outlet is closed during the week due to the weekends being prime selling time. Most people are off on the weekends and therefore more business is generated on fri/sat/sun. Also, they do not have a direct line to call in. You get sent to a call center in rancho and when they send your call to the outlet, you get a busy signal or it rings endlessly.
