I was so excited to go get some ice cream with my kids. Theyre was only one girl i dont remember her maria or esther. In the alessandro michoacana doing it all while the line was all the way outside she was helping 5 ppl on her own no help shes a hard worker great girl now i. Think its unfair i ask to speak with the manager in which she is very unprofessional very rude does not have communication skills. I asked her for her name and refused as a manager it should be customers service first to make sure customer's are happy and satisfied with theyre experience and service. The line was ridiculously long for that poor girl to do it all there were 3. N only one doing it i asked to speak or get in contact with someone and she refused you need to get a leader who will do the best for a great service. As a manager you should jump on board and help for a fast experience i hope that girl gets recognized for all her multitasking and patience she had
