My Wife and I are purchasing a home and went in for some details about the property. The service we received outstanding service all three employees were polite and we received everything we came in for.

Went down to pay for some of the permit fees and get some paperwork for a grant. Veterans can get reimbursed for fees through the grant. The Ladies up front are very helpful.

This is the place that you would go to inquire about the permit.
Yup.
Mobile homes cannot be older than ten (10) years from the date you apply for a building permit.
No they do not, on new or used homes.
I do not see why not. It would be no different than renting your home.
Look at form DB20 Work Exempt from permits. Unless you are repairing a deck, a permit is required.
