CAA has helped me with many house appliances. I've had the pleasure of getting help with my pg&e . And Adawna Danl is always polite and knowledgeable . She goes above and beyond to help with applications . She truly deserves a raise even promotion if she cared for one . I would hate to have her leave . She is much needed. Sincerely Margie Martinez

A wonderful help after the campfire. Could not afford the rents being charged or wait the amount of time housing would be available. I chose to buy a fixer upper mobile. Community Action helped with some of the needed projects. I’m thankful. Have had a problem with one company they used for ac/heat. Unable to reach a live person at CA so they can be aware of the issue. I know nothing can be done to help but feel it would be helpful for CA in their efforts to vet the companies they use.

The agency as a whole is a much needed resource within our communities. However, it is my honest opinion that the future of this Agency has begun to look quite bleak under the poor management of the new'ish CEO. The employees both current and past deserve far better treatment. This Organization will not succeed without the amazing employees and support staff that have sacrificed and poured their own blood, sweat, and tears into it. Treat your employees better! Do better! Because without those amazing people you aint got nuthin!

Try the Community Action Agency on 5th ave. Oroville. Then try Salvation Army on Washington in Oroville. Then go to the Welfare Office on Table Mt Oroville. Hope this helps 💜🌷✌
